How to watch Killing Eve in America
So you reached your fabulous travel destination, the sun is shining and you enjoy a warm day on the beach. You would want to watch british TV while on holidays. The vacation is great but the geo locations makes you unable to watch your favourite show.
For example, last week i visited an awesome destination. Indonesia is a fabulous country, so much history, a must see. Another of Indonesia’s natural wonders, Lake Toba is both a body of water and super volcano. The lake, which sits in a crater, was formed between 69,000 and 77,000 years ago and is believed to have been the result of a catastrophic eruption. The lake is 1,145 square kilometers and 450 meters deep. Volcanic activity is still regularly recorded here and has pushed some islands above the water’s surface. Lake Toba is a study in beauty and the powerful forces at work on the planet. Here, you can go swimming, water skiing, canoeing, or fishing, or stick to wandering the surrounding area on foot or bike.
Here are some shows i like the most, i can’t stay one day without watching, even in vacation! Literary adapter extraordinaire Andrew Davies (Les Miserables, War & Peace, Pride And Prejudice) returns to the BBC with the first screen adaptation of Vikram Seth’s 1993 novel A Suitable Boy. Making her television debut is acclaimed feature director Mira Nair (Monsoon Wedding, Queen Of Katwe), who will start shooting on the six-part drama in India very soon. A Suitable Boy is a coming-of-age story about university student Lata (played by Tanya Maniktala), told against the backdrop of newly independent India in 1951. The official BBC press release describes it as “a vast, panoramic tale charting the fortunes of four large families and exploring India and its rich and varied culture at a crucial point in its history.”
Black Narcissus: This BBC commission was announced back in 2017 and news about it since then has been thin on the ground. After psychological thriller adaptation Apple Tree Yard, writer Amanda Coe was hired to adapt Black Narcissus from Rumer Godden’s 1939 novel (which was previously adapted for cinema in 1947). The Black Narcissus TV series will centre on Sister Clodagh and the nuns of St Faith’s. These nuns set up a shop in a remote area of Nepal, with Sister Clodagh soon struggling to repress her sexual desires for their land agent. There’s no cast or release date info yet.
I wanted to watch BBC while i was visiting this location but, unfortunately, the BBC is currently only available to those who are inside the UK, it runs a check against your IP (internet address) and determines where you are in the world. If it finds out you are not in the UK, you will get the error: “BBC iPlayer only works in the UK. Sorry, it’s due to rights issues”. The solution is to reroute your connection through British proxy servers, this is excatly what Beebs does, bypassing the rights issues. You need to be using Google Chrome, download & install this internet browser. Install Beebs. Beebs will automatically refresh your browser & reroute your connection to the UK. See more info at How to watch BBC on vacations abroad.
